摘  要:冲击地压条件下高瓦斯易自燃煤层工作面在启封后恢复正常推进时间较长,与此同时,在矿井通风、瓦斯抽采作用下,邻近煤层采空区有害气体存在侵入本煤层工作面的风险,灾害复合为工作面煤层自然发火的防治增加难度。为摸清工作面启封后各自然发火重点监测区域的CO,CH_(4)气体变化情况,以宽沟煤矿I010206综放工作面作为研究对象,分析启封后处于停采时期的14 d束管监测数据及瓦斯抽采管路监测数据,研究总结工作面CO,CH_(4)气体变化规律,并考察瓦斯抽采对采空区的影响。结果表明:工作面启封后各区域CH_(4)气体体积分数明显下降,而采空区CO气体体积分数明显的上升,在工作面启封后7~10 d的时间里,CO气体值上升趋势较为明显;工作面抽采流量的调整,对抽采管路及采空区CO,CH_(4)气体监测值有着较为明显的影响,抽采流量的调整需综合考虑采空区各区域的CO,CH_(4)气体值,尽可能减小采空区漏风,降低工作面启封后停采期间采空区自然发火的风险。Under the condition of rock burst with high gas and easy spontaneous combustion coal,it takes a long time for the working face to resume normal advance after unsealing.At the same time,under the effect of mine ventilation and gas drainage,there is a risk that adjacent coal seam goaf harmful gases will invade the working face.The combination of disasters increases the difficulty of coal seam spontaneous combustion controlling in the working face.In order to find out the change of CO and CH_(4)in the spontaneous combustion key monitoring areas in the working face after unsealing,take the I010206 fully mechanized top coal caving working face of Kuangou coal mine as the research object,analyze the 14 day monitoring data of bundle tube and gas drainage pipeline during the stop production period after unsealing,study on the change law of CO and CH_(4),and investigate the impact of gas drainage on the goaf.The results showed that the CH_(4)volume fraction decrease after in the working face after unsealing,while within 7 to 10 days the CO volume fraction significant increase in the goaf.Adjust the working face extraction flow has obvious impact on the monitoring values of CO and CH_(4)in the extraction pipeline and goaf.The extraction flow adjustment needs to comprehensively consider the CO and CH_(4)values in the goaf,so as to minimize the air leakage and reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion in the goaf during the stop production period after working face unsealing.
