摘 要:由于井下给煤机需要工程人员现场操作,可能对安全生产造成重大的威胁,远程控制对于井下给煤机就显得尤其的重要。提出了一种基于可视化技术的井下给煤机远程控制方案,以STM32F407作为核心处理器,搭配LCD嵌入式触摸屏,通过Ethernet硬件连接的方式对给煤机给出的数据进行提取处理,显示在LCD触摸屏上,并通过Ethernet的方式将数据结果显示在远程PC界面上。设计结果表明,此设计能更加安全直观地了解井下给煤机的运行情况,方便快速发现并分析问题,通过相关的操作约束使得整个井下给煤系统安全、稳定、高效的运行。As underground coal feeder needs on-site operation by engineering personnel,it may pose a major threat to safety production,so remote control is particularly important for underground coal feeder.A remote control scheme of underground coal feeder based on visualization technology was proposed.STM32F407 is taken as the core processor and equipped with an LCD touch screen.The data given by coal feeder is extracted and processed by means of Ethernet hardware connection and displayed on the LCD touch screen.The data results are displayed on the remote PC interface by means of Ethernet.The design results show that the design can be more safe and intuitive to understand the operation of the underground coal feeder,convenient to quickly discover and analyze problems,through the relevant operation constraints to make the whole underground coal feeding system safe,stable and efficient operation.
