摘 要:目的观察不同性别、年龄人群体脂分布情况和骨密度(BMD),探讨二者间关系。方法2021年1月—2022年1月河南省人民医院3368例体检者均行定量CT(QCT)检查,测量皮下脂肪面积(SFA)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)及BMD。以50岁为界限将男性和女性各分为≤50岁组和>50岁组,比较≤50岁组、>50岁组男性与女性年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、SFA、VFA及BMD;采用Pearson相关法分析≤50岁组、>50岁组男性和女性年龄、BMI、VFA、SFA与BMD的相关性;采用多元线性回归分析≤50岁组、>50岁组男性和女性BMD的影响因素。结果≤50岁组男性BMI[(25.84±3.06)kg/m^(2)]、VFA[(207.12±67.41)cm^(2)]均高于≤50岁组女性[(23.17±2.83)kg/m^(2)、(97.08±40.00)cm^(2)](t=-16.534,P<0.001;t=-34.841,P<0.001),SFA[(108.48±45.36)cm^(2)]、BMD[(144.36±28.64)mg/cm^(3)]均低于≤50岁组女性[(121.31±45.10)cm^(2)、(159.87±30.21)mg/cm^(3)](t=5.217,P<0.001;t=9.743,P<0.001),年龄与≤50岁组女性比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.949,P=0.052)。>50岁组男性BMI[(25.22±2.75)kg/m^(2)]、VFA[(229.79±70.13)cm^(2)]、BMD[(113.73±29.33)mg/cm^(3)]均高于>50岁组女性[(24.12±3.15)kg/m^(2)、(137.53±50.85)cm^(2)、(107.47±33.19)mg/cm^(3)](P<0.05),SFA[(99.23±36.18)cm^(2)]低于>50岁组女性[(141.39±49.99)cm^(2)](t=21.602,P<0.001),年龄与>50岁组女性比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.695,P=0.090)。≤50岁组、>50岁组男性年龄、SFA、VFA与BMD均呈负相关(P<0.05),BMI与BMD均无线性相关性(P>0.05);≤50岁组、>50岁组女性年龄、BMI、SFA、VFA与BMD均呈负相关(P<0.05)。≤50岁组、>50岁组男性和女性中年龄、BMI、SFA、VFA均是BMD的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论男性和女性SFA、VFA存在差异,与BMD均呈负相关;不同年龄男性和女性中年龄、BMI、SFA、VFA均影响BMD。Objective To observe the fat distribution and bone mineral density(BMD)in different gender and age groups,and to investigate their relationship.Methods Totally 3368 subjects receiving physical examination in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 underwent quantitative CT to measure subcutaneous fat area(SFA),visceral fat area(VFA)and BMD.Taking 50 years old as the threshold,3368 subjects were divided into≤50 years old group and>50 years old group.The age,body mass index(BMI),SFA,VFA and BMD were compared between males and females in two groups.The correlations of age,BMI,VFA and SFA with BMD in males and females in two groups were analyzed by Pearson correlation method.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of BMD in males and females in two groups.Results In≤50 years old group,the BMI and VFA were greater in males[(25.84±3.06)kg/m^(2),(207.12±67.41)cm^(2)]than those in females[(23.17±2.83)kg/m^(2),(97.08±40.00)cm^(2)](t=-16.534,P<0.001;t=-34.841,P<0.001),the SFA and BMD were smaller in males[(108.48±45.36)cm^(2),(144.36±28.64)mg/cm^(3)]than those in females[(121.31±45.10)cm^(2),(159.87±30.21)mg/cm^(3)](t=5.217,P<0.001;t=9.743,P<0.001),and there was no significant difference in the age between males and females(t=1.949,P=0.052).In>50 years old group,the BMI,VFA and BMD were greater in males[(25.22±2.75)kg/m^(2),(229.79±70.13)cm^(2),(113.73±29.33)mg/cm^(3)]than those in females[(24.12±3.15)kg/m^(2),(137.53±50.85)cm^(2),(107.47±33.19)mg/cm^(3)](P<0.05),the SFA was smaller in males[(99.23±36.18)cm^(2)than that in females[(141.39±49.99)cm^(2)](t=21.602,P<0.001),and the age showed no significant difference between males and females(t=-1.695,P=0.090).The age,SFA and VFA were negatively correlated with BMD in males in both groups(P<0.05),and there was no linear correlation between BMI and BMD(P>0.05).The age,BMI,SFA and VFA were negatively correlated with BMD in females in both groups(P<0.05).The age,BMI,SFA and VFA were the influencing f
