我国低保制度研究热点及理论前沿——基于Citespace的文本计量分析

摘　　要：为探究我国最低生活保障制度领域的研究热点和理论前沿,以CNKI数据库中的CSSCI期刊,在1998—2022年发表的有关“最低生活保障”“低保”的文献为样本,运用Citespace软件对文献进行可视化计量分析。研究显示:这25年间对于我国最低生活保障制度的研究总体呈平稳上升趋势,但各研究机构间的合作还不够紧密;研究热点主要是城市最低生活保障制度、农村最低生活保障制度、最低生活保障制度在贫困治理中的功能、最低生活保障制度的管理以及特殊群体的最低生活保障五个方面;研究的热点趋势大致可以分为四个阶段。今后应加强最低生活保障制度的理论研究、管理的精准化和精细化研究、在逐步实现共同富裕的目标中所发挥功能的研究以及以服务给付方式的研究。To explore the research hotspots and theoretical frontiers in the field of minimum living guarantee in China,a sample of articles related to"minimum living guarantee"and"subsistence allowance"published in CSSCI journals from 1998 to 2022 in the CNKI database was analyzed using Citespace software for visualization and bibliometric analysis.The research shows:the overall research on China's minimum subsistence guarantee system has steadily increased in the past 25 years,but the collaboration between research institutions is still not close enough.The research focuses mainly on the urban minimum living guarantee system,the rural minimum living guarantee system,the role of the minimum living guarantee system in poverty alleviation,the management of the minimum living guarantee system,and the minimum subsistence guarantee for special groups.The research trends can be roughly divided into four stages.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen theoretical research on the minimum living guarantee system,the precise and detailed research on its management,the research on its role in gradually achieving common prosperity goals,and the research on service-oriented payment method.
