摘  要:稀土颜料近红外反射性能优异,具有抵御太阳热辐射的能力以及较高的化学和热稳定性。重点阐述了金属离子掺杂稀土氧化物和稀土离子掺杂过渡金属氧化物合成的黄色、橙色、红色、蓝色和绿色环境友好的稀土颜料,分析并解释了稀土颜料粉体的合成方法对其色坐标和近红外反射性能的影响,研究了稀土颜料显色和近红外光的反射性能及机理,介绍了稀土颜料作为高性能的冷色涂料在石棉瓦、镀锌板等基底上的反射性能,稀土颜料有望替代传统的工业化有毒颜料应用的可能性,并对稀土颜料进一步研究开发提出了展望。Rare earth pigments have excellent near-infrared reflectance,ability to resist solar thermal radiation and high chemical and thermal stability.The yellow,orange,red,blue and green environment-friendly rare earth pigments synthesized by metal ion doped rare earth oxide and rare earth ion doped transition metal oxide are mainly described.The influences of the synthesis method of rare earth pigment powder on its color coordinate and near-infrared reflectance are analyzed and explained.The color development and near-infrared reflectance properties and mechanism of rare earth pigment are mainly studied.The reflection performance of rare earth pigments as high-performance cold-color coatings on asbestos tiles,galvanized sheets and other substrates is introduced.The applications of rare earth pigments are expected to replace the possibility of traditional in-dustrialized toxic pigment.The prospect of further research and development of rare earth pigments is put forward.
