摘  要:对于我国的稀土永磁生产企业来说,“专利壁垒”是中国稀土产业的心病。随着技术发展和稀土产业链向下游延伸,稀土永磁电机(Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor,REPMM)成为稀土产业链下游最重要的应用领域。本文针对全球稀土永磁电机技术创新态势展开分析,在国家层面分析主要创新国家的专利申请趋势和跨国专利申请网络的特点;在创新主体层面分别构建主要创新主体间的技术扩散网络和创新合作网络,识别稀土永磁电机领域的技术“领先者”和“追随者”,发现各国创新主体间的技术扩散特点,分析各国创新主体联合技术创新能力和产学研合作特征;在技术创新层面,基于对普莱斯指数和重点专利的解读,探索本领域内的创新趋势和技术机会。最后梳理主要研究结论并提出引导我国稀土永磁电机产业发展的对策建议。For domestic rare earth permanent magnet manufacturers,the"patent barrier"of rare earth permanent magnet technology is a heart disease of China's rare-earth industry.However,with the development of technology and the downstream extension of the rare-earth industry chain,the rare-earth permanent magnet motor(REPMM)has become the largest application field in the downstream of the rare-earth industry.In recent years,the control system of rare earth permanent magnet motor(REPMM)has been upgraded,and it has been widely used in wind power,pure electric vehicles,hybrid cars,industrial ro-bots,refrigeration equipment,CNC machine tools and other fields,becoming the"heart"of intelligent manufacturing.At the national level,this article analyzes the patent application trends of the major innovative countries and the characteristics of the transnational patent application network.The technology diffusion network and innovation cooperation network between the main innovation entities are used to identify technological"leaders"and"followers"in the field of REPMM,discover the characteris-tics of technology dffusion,joint technological innovation capabilities and the characteristics of industry-university-research coop-eration among innovation entities from various countries.The technological prospects and innovation trends in these domains at the level of technology innovation were explored by using the price index and important patents as a guide.Finally,the main re-search conclusions are summarized and suggestions are proposed to guide the development of this industry in our country.
