摘　　要：疼痛学科专家共识和临床实践指南(简称指南)的质量亟待提高,制订专家共识和指南具有一定的规范和评级标准。撰写专家需要遵循这些规范和标准,熟悉STAR评级内容和要求,即科学性,透明性和适用性的评级,以提高专家共识和指南的质量和等级。The quality of expert consensus and clinical practice guideline in painology discipline needs to be improved.There are certain norms and standards for the developing and ranking the consensus and the guideline.Expert Consensus writers need to follow these principles and be familiar with STAR(scientificity,transparency,applicability,rankings)requirements to improve the quality and ranking of the expert consensus and the guideline.
