摘　　要：肋间神经阻滞疗法主要用于胸背、腰腹部疼痛疾病的诊断与治疗,也可用于此区域手术的麻醉与术后镇痛,但需要规范应用。目前,超声可视化技术在肋间神经阻滞疗法中的广泛使用,极大地提高了该疗法的安全性与有效性。本共识由国内相关领域疼痛学专家共同编写,对肋间神经解剖,肋间神经阻滞疗法适应证、禁忌证、操作方法、疗效评估、不良反应防治及注意事项进行了全面系统的介绍,旨在指导临床医生规范开展此项技术。Intercostal nerve block therapy is mainly used to treat pain disorders in chest,back,waist and abdomen,and postoperative analgesia in the same areas.At present,ultrasonic technology is widely used in the intercostal nerve block therapy,and greatly improves the safety and effectiveness.The anatomy of intercostal nerve,indications,contraindications,block methods,efficacy evaluation,prevention and treatment of adverse reactions,and precautions of the intercostal nerve block were systematically introduced in this consensus,to guide clinicians with standardized application.
