摘　　要：腕踝针是一种新型的皮下针刺疗法,具有操作简单、显效快、安全性高等优势。近年来腕踝针常与其他术后镇痛方法联合进行术后多模式镇痛,使骨科手术后疼痛管理更为完善。本文就腕踝针疗法用于骨科术后多模式镇痛的相关文献予以综述。Wrist-ankle acupuncture is a new type of subcutaneous acupuncture therapy,and has the advantages of simple operation,rapid effect and high safety.In recent years,wrist-ankle acupuncture is often combined with other postoperative analgesic regimens for postoperative multimodal analgesia to optimize the postoperative pain management in orthopedic surgery.This article reviews the literatures of wrist-ankle acupuncture for postoperative multimodal analgesia after orthopedic surgery.
