摘　　要：1948年下半年至1949年上半年,著名民主人士黄炎培从民主主义者转变为新民主主义者。人民解放军发起战略决战后,黄炎培主张蒋介石下野以进行国共和谈。蒋介石下野后,黄炎培拒绝李宗仁请其充当和谈的调人。中共七届二中全会召开前后,黄炎培思考北上参加新政协。他表明为人民大众服务和反对帝国主义的立场。北上后,他支持在八项原则的基础上进行和平谈判,争取国民党政府和谈代表签署和平协定,完成中国的统一。接着,他为上海的解放和接管做出贡献。随后,他参加新政协和中央人民政府的组成工作,指出中华人民共和国诞生的历史意义。这样,黄炎培完成了从民主主义者到新民主主义者的转变。Huang Yanpei,a prominent democrat,became a new democrat from an old democrat from the second half of 1948 to the first half 1949.After the People's Liberation Army started the strategic decisive battles,Huang Yanpei advocated for Chiang Kai-shek to step down and engage in peace negotiation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China.After Chiang Kai-shek resignation,Huang Yanpei rejected Li Zongren's demand to be a peacemaker.Around the second plenary session of the seventh CPC Central Committee was held,Huang Yanpei considered it's time for him to go to north China to attend the New Political Consultative Conference.He expressed his stance of serving the masses and opposing imperialism.Upon arriving in Beiping,he held out that the peace talk should be held on the ground of eight principles.He enlisted the representatives of the Kuomintang government in the peace talk to sign the peace agreement in order to achieve China's reunification.Subsequently,he made contributions to the liberation and take-over of Shanghai.Following this,he took part in the establishment of the New Political Consultative Conference and the Central People's government,pointed out the historical significance of the founding of the People's Republic of China.By thus,Huang Yanpei became a new democrat from an old democrat.
