摘　　要：报道了由LD泵浦的Tm∶YAP激光器的研究工作。Tm∶YAP激光器采用波长为793 nm的LD进行端面泵浦,腔内声光调Q运转。当激光工作重复频率为300 Hz、输入泵浦功率为37.07 W时,获得了最大单脉冲能量为17.06 mJ、脉冲宽度为26.9 ns的1936 nm激光输出,相应的峰值功率为634.2 kW,在目前已报道的该晶体峰值功率数值中较高。在最大泵浦功率下,激光器在水平和垂直方向上的光束质量分别为1.41和1.34。此外,在激光器连续运转下,采用双法布里-珀罗标准具对激光波长进行调节,光谱调谐范围1932.11~1942.07 nm。The research work of LD pumped Tm∶YAP laser is reported.Tm∶YAP laser is end pumped by LD with wavelength of 793 nm,and acoustooptic Q-switched operation in the cavity.When the laser repetition frequency is 300 Hz and the input pump power is 37.07 W,a 1936 nm laser output with a maximum single pulse energy of 17.06 mJ and a pulse width of 26.9 ns is obtained,and the corresponding peak power is 634.2 kW,which is higher than the reported peak power values of this crystal.At the maximum input pump power,the beam quality factors for horizontal and vertical directions were 1.41 and 1.34,respectively.In addition,under the continuous operation of the laser,a double Fabry-Perot etalon is used to adjust the laser wavelength,and the spectral tuning range is 1932.11‒1942.07 nm.
