摘 要:选择浙江省海拔超过800 m的泥炭藓沼泽、草本沼泽、森林沼泽和退化沼泽等7处山地沼泽,采集土壤和植物地上部分的样品,研究土壤中有机碳含量的垂直分布,计算单位面积土壤和植物的碳储量,最终估算出7处山地沼泽的碳储量。研究结果表明,随着土壤深度的加深,沼泽土壤中的有机碳含量总体上逐渐减小,沼泽中植物的种类能影响土壤中的有机碳含量;安吉龙王山泥炭藓沼泽各层土壤中的有机碳含量明显大于其他类型沼泽,龙王山、庆元黄皮村草本沼泽各层土壤中的有机碳含量大于景宁望东垟的森林沼泽,淳安千亩田退化沼泽各层土壤中的有机碳含量小于其他类型沼泽;沼泽土壤有机碳含量和沼泽面积共同决定了7处山地沼泽的碳储量的大小;安吉小鲵国家级自然保护区中的千亩田天然泥炭藓沼泽、安吉小鲵国家级自然保护区外的永久性积水草本沼泽、丽水市庆元县百山祖镇黄皮村上下湖的退化泥炭藓沼泽、余姚市四明山上水湖山塘上游的退化泥炭藓沼泽、景宁望东垟高山湿地自然保护区中的森林沼泽、金华市磐安县七仙湖省级湿地公园中湖泊周边的季节性积水草本沼泽、杭州市淳安县千亩田高山湿地自然保护小区中完全干涸的沼泽的碳储量分别为17.90×10^(4)kg、6.87×10^(4)kg、59.80×10^(4)kg、3.60×10^(4)kg、422.00×10^(4)kg、27.90×10^(4)kg、304.00×10^(4)kg。Sphagnum bogs,herbaceous marshes,forest swamps and drained marshes in Zhejiang province were selected to study the vertical distribution of soil organic carbon contents and estimate the carbon storages of subtropical montane mires.With the deepening of soil depth,the organic carbon contents in the soil decreased gradually,and the plants in the mires could affect the content of soil organic carbon.The organic carbon contents in the soil of sphagnum bogs,herbaceous marshes,forest swamps,drained marshes decreased in turn.The organic carbon contents of each soil layer at sphagnum bog in Longwangshan,Anji county were significantly higher than those of the other mires.The soil organic carbon contents of each soil layer at herbaceous marshes in Longwangshan,Anji county and Huangpi,Qingyuan county,respectively,were higher than that of forest swamp in Wangdongyang,Jingning county.The soil organic carbon contents of each soil layer at drained marshes in Qianmutian,Chun’an county were lower than those of the other mires.The carbon storage of each mire was not only related to the soil organic carbon content,but also related to the area of each mire.The carbon storages of Qianmutian natural sphagnum marshes in Anji Hynobius National Nature Reserve,the permanent waterlogged herb marshes outside Anji Hynobius National Nature Reserve,the degraded sphagnum marshes in the Shangxia Lake of Huangpi village,Baishanzu town,Qingyuan county,Lishui city,the degraded sphagnum marshes in the upper reaches of Shangshui Lake,Siming Mountain,Yuyao city,the forest swamps in Wangdongyang Alpine Wetland Nature Reserve,Jingning county,the seasonal flooding herb marshes around lakes in Qixian Lake Provincial Wetland Park,Pan’an county,Jinhua city,and the completely dried marshes in Qianmutian Alpine Wetland Nature Reserve in Chun’an county,Hangzhou city were 17.90×10^(4) kg,6.87×10^(4) kg,59.80×10^(4) kg,3.60×10^(4) kg,422.00×10^(4) kg,27.90×10^(4) kg,and 304.00×10^(4) kg,respectively.
