摘  要:为了分析轻质高强陶粒混凝土的路用性能,选取碎石型陶粒制备了不同掺合料添加的轻质高强陶粒混凝土试件,掺合料中硅灰与矿渣的质量比为1∶2。开展了混凝土的抗压、抗折、抗渗、干燥收缩、抗冻等性能测试,研究了轻质高强陶粒混凝土路用性能随掺合料质量比的变化规律。研究结果表明:当掺合料替换水泥量为15%~20%时,轻质高强陶粒混凝土的抗压性能和抗折性能最佳;当掺合料替换水泥量为15%以上时,轻质高强陶粒混凝土的抗渗性能最优;掺合料添加对轻质高强陶粒混凝土的干燥收缩率的影响较小;掺合料替换水泥量为20%左右条件下轻质高强陶粒混凝土的抗冻性能最好。In order to analyze the road performance of lightweight high-strength ceramsite concrete,the gravel ceramsite was selected to prepare lightweight high-strength ceramsite concrete specimens with different admixtures,and the mass ratio of silica fume to slag in the admixtures was 1:2.The performance tests of concrete,such as compressive resistance,flexural resistance,permeability resistance,drying shrinkage and frost resistance,were carried out,and the variation law of road performance of lightweight high strength ceramsite concrete with the mass ratio of admixtures was studied.The results showed that,when the amount of admixture replacing cement was 15%~20%,the compressive and flexural properties of lightweight high strength ceramsite concrete were the best;When the amount of admixture replacing cement was more than 15%,the anti-permeability of lightweight high-strength ceramsite concrete was the best;The addition of admixtures had little effect on the drying shrinkage of lightweight high strength ceramsite concrete;The frost resistance of lightweight high strength ceramsite concrete was the best when the cement content of admixture replacement was about 20%.
