摘  要:通过两步溶液法成功制备了WO_(3)/CuS样品,采用XRD、SEM、HRTEM和比表面积对样品的结构和形貌进行分析,通过UV-Vis DRS和PL对样品的光学性质进行分析,以环丙沙星为目标污染物,研究样品的光催化活性。结果表明:WO_(3)和Cu S的能带结构符合“Z型”异质结能带结构,能够提高光生载流子的分离效率,在模拟太阳光照射下经过180 min光照后,WO_(3)/CuS异质结样品对环丙沙星的降解率达到了97.5%,一级反应速率常数为2.205×10^(-2)min^(-1),分别为CuS样品和WO_(3)样品速率常数7.2倍和3.0倍。WO_(3)/CuS samples were successfully prepared through two-step solution method.The structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM,HRTEM and specific surface area.The optical properties of the samples were studied by UV Vis DRS and PL.The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated using ciprofloxacin as the target pollutant.The results showed that the energy band structure of WO_(3) and CuS conformed to the"Z-type"heterojunction energy band structure,which could improve the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers.Under the simulated sunlight,the degradation rate of ciprofloxacin with WO_(3)/CuS heterojunction sample reached 97.5%after 180 min of illumination.The first order reaction rate constant was 2.205×10^(-2)min^(-1),which was 7.2 times and 3.0 times higher than those of CuS samples and WO_(3) samples.
