摘 要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,加入壳聚糖和氧化石墨烯,采用戊二醛进行交联固化,制备出氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖/粉煤灰(GOCF)复合材料,并研究了戊二醛对GOCF复合材料吸附性能的影响。采用正交试验确定了GOCF复合材料吸附甲基橙效果最佳时的制备条件,在最佳条件下制备的GOCF复合材料对甲基橙的吸附量和去除率明显优于不加戊二醛时的复合材料。SEM扫描和XRD物相分析显示添加戊二醛有利于GO负载到粉煤灰表面上。在吸附温度25℃、吸附剂加入量0.075 g、吸附时间4 h、甲基橙初始质量浓度150 mg·L^(-1)时,复合材料对甲基橙的吸附量和去除率最大,分别是47.08 mg·g^(-1)和94.04%。GO/chitosan/fly ash composite was prepared with fly ash as main raw material,adding chitosan and GO,and using glutaraldehyde as crosslinker.The effect of glutaraldehyde on the adsorption property of GOCF composite was studied.Orthogonal test was used to determine the best preparation conditions for the adsorption of methyl orange by GOCF composite material,the adsorption capacity and removal rate of methyl orange of the GOCF composites prepared under the optimal conditions were obviously better than those without glutaraldehyde.SEM scanning and XRD phase analysis showed that the addition of glutaraldehyde was conducive to GO loading on the surface of fly ash.The maximum adsorption capacity of methyl orange was 47.08 mg·g^(-1),and the removal rate of methyl orange arrived 94.04% when the adsorption temperature was 25℃,the amount of adsorbent was 0.075 g,the adsorption time was 4 h,and the initial mass concentration of methyl orange was 150 mg·L^(-1).
