摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯为原料,以乙烯基磺酸钠为反应型乳化剂,采用乳液聚合法制备了含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物无皂乳液。研究反应温度、保温反应时间、反应型乳化剂用量、含氟单体用量对单体转化率的影响,并通过膜吸水率、膜接触角和应用测试表征了涂膜表面性能。结果表明:当反应温度为80℃、保温反应时间为60 min、反应型乳化剂的含量为单体总质量的3.5%时,可以得到透明、连续的聚丙烯酸酯涂膜,单体转化率达到91.25%。随含氟单体的加入,单体转化率减小,接触角明显增大。当含氟单体为单体总质量的50%时,涂膜对水的接触角可达101.14°,对十六烷的接触角可达52.69°,表面自由能低至19.63 mN·m^(-1)。含氟丙烯酸酯无皂乳液可以有效提高水泥、棉布、滤纸表面的疏水抗沾污性能。Fluoroacrylate soap-free emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization using methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate as raw materials and sodium vinyl sulfonate as reactive emulsifier.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of reactive emulsifier and the amount of fluorinated monomer on the monomer conversion rate were studied,and the surface properties of the film were characterized by water absorption,contact angle and application tests.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 60 min,and the content of reactive emulsifier was 3.5% of the total monomer,the transparent and continuous polyacrylate coating could be obtained,and the monomer conversion rate reached 91.25%.With the addition of fluorine-containing monomer,the monomer conversion rate decreased and the contact angle increased obviously.When the fluorine-containing monomer was 50% of the total monomer,the contact angle of the film to water reached 101.14°,the contact angle of the film to hexadecane reached 52.69°,and the surface free energy was as low as 19.63 m N·m^(-1).The fluoroacrylate soap-free emulsion could effectively improve the hydrophobicity and anti-fouling properties of cement,cotton cloth and filter paper.
