摘  要:简述了目前行业内溶剂脱蜡的技术现状,并论述了MIBK在脱蜡或脱油中的应用。以大庆蒸馏装置减四线馏分油为原料,以甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)为溶剂,系统研究脱油条件对脱油蜡收率和性质的影响,确定最适宜工艺条件。脱油一段条件:总溶剂比为2.7∶1,预稀释温度50℃,预稀释比0.5∶1;一次稀释温度15℃,一次稀释比0.9∶1;二次稀释温度3℃,二次稀释比0.7∶1,脱蜡温度3℃,冷洗比0.6∶1,冷洗温度3℃。脱油二段条件:稀释温度3℃,稀释比1.5∶1,过滤温度3℃,冷洗比0.6∶1,冷洗温度3℃。脱油三段条件:稀释温度3℃,稀释比1.5∶1,冷洗比0.6∶1,过滤温度3℃,三段冷洗温度3℃。试验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,脱油蜡的收率为32.29%,蜡中含油量为0.19%,针入度为18,熔点为61.40℃。The current status of solvent dewaxing technology in the industrywas described,and the application of MIBK in dewaxing or deoiling at home and abroad was discussed.The experimental study on deoiling of the fourth vacuum distillation line distillate from Daqing distillation unit with MIBK as solvent was introduced.The first stage of deoiling conditions:the total solvent ratio was 2.7∶1,the pre-dilution temperature was 50℃,and the pre-dilution ratio was 0.5∶1;The primary dilution temperature was 15℃and the primary dilution ratio was 0.9∶1;Secondary dilution temperature was 3℃,secondary dilution ratio was 0.7∶1,dewaxing temperature was 3℃,cold washing ratio was 0.6∶1,and cold washing temperature was 3℃.Conditions for the second stage of deoiling:dilution temperature was 3℃,dilution ratio was 1.5∶1,filtration temperature was 3℃,cold washing ratio was 0.6∶1,and cold washing temperature was 3℃.Three-stage deoiling conditions:dilution temperature was 3℃,dilution ratio was 1.5∶1,cold washing ratio was 0.6∶1,filtration temperature was 3℃ and three-stage cold washing temperature was 3℃.The experimental results showed that under the optimum technological conditions,the yield of deoiled wax was 32.29%,the oil content in wax was 0.19%,the penetration was 18,and the melting point was 61.40℃.
