摘  要:酸化是油气井增产、注水井增注的关键技术措施,通过酸液溶蚀地层孔隙中的酸溶性矿物或堵塞物,从而疏通油、气、水的渗流通道,达到油气井增产、注水井增注的目的。针对常规酸液体系酸化过程中酸液与地层矿物或堵塞物反应速度较快、有效作用距离较短的问题,开展了多元固体有机酸的研究,制备了一种在地面条件下为固体颗粒,溶于水后缓慢释放氢离子的多元固体有机酸。评价结果显示:该多元固体有机酸在水中的溶解度较高,最大可以达到56 g,生酸质量分数最大可以达到17.83%,30℃下的持续生酸时间为90 min,90℃下的持续生酸时间为45 min,有利于延长酸液有效作用距离,而且对真实碳酸盐岩粉末的溶蚀率最大可以达到68.1%,具有较高的溶蚀能力,应用效果显著。Acidizing is a key technical measure to increase the production of oil and gas wells and water injection wells.The acid solution dissolves the acid-soluble minerals or blockages in the pores of the formation.Thereby,it dredges the seepage channels of oil,gas and water,so as to increase the production of oil and gas wells and increase the injection of injection wells.In the process of acidification of conventional acid system,the reaction speed of acid solution and formation minerals or plugs is relatively fast,thus the effective action distance is short.Therefore,the research of polybasic solid organic acidwas carried out to solve this problem.Apolybasic solid organic acid was prepared which was solid particles on the ground and slowly released hydrogen ions after dissolving in water.The evaluation results showed that the solubility of the polybasic solid organic acid in water was high,the maximum solubility reached 56g,the maximum acid mass fraction reached 17.83%,the continuous acid generation time at 30℃ was 90min,and the continuous acid generation time at 90℃ was 45min.This was beneficial to prolong the effective action distance of the acid solution.The maximum dissolution rate of the real carbonate cuttings reached 68.1%,showing a high dissolution capacity and significant application effect.
