摘 要:纳米酶因其成本低、稳定性高、催化效率高、易储存等而被广泛关注。金属有机骨架(MOFs)作为纳米酶的重要分支,其超高的比表面积、孔道结构可调、丰富的骨架构造和良好的生物相容性等优良特征,使其成为模拟生物酶体系的理想材料。介绍了基于MOFs的类氧化酶、类过氧化物酶、类过氧化氢酶、类超氧化物歧化酶及多酶活性系统,并对其在医学方面的应用进行了总结。最后,讨论了基于MOFs纳米酶目前面临的挑战及未来的应用前景。Nanozyme has attracted wide attention because of its low cost,high stability,high catalytic efficiency,easy storage and so on.As an important branch of nanozyme,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)has some excellent characteristics,such as ultra-high specific surface area,adjustable pore structure,rich skeleton structure and good biocompatibility,which makes it become an ideal material to simulate biological enzyme system.In this paper,the oxidase-like,peroxidase-like,catalase-like,superoxide dismutase-like and multi-enzyme activity systems based on MOFswere introduced,and their applications in medicinewere summarized.Finally,the current challenges and future application prospects of MOFs-based nanozymes were discussed.
