摘 要:研究了一种基于丁香籽水提取物的环保型绿色缓蚀剂,分析了其在1 mol·L^(-1)HCl溶液中对低碳钢表面的缓蚀作用。通过电化学以及表面形态学实验,考察了丁香籽水提取物的缓蚀性。使用交流阻抗法和极化法探测了该缓蚀剂电化学特性。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和接触角测试,表征了未接触缓蚀剂和接触缓蚀剂金属试样的表面形貌。交流阻抗分析揭示了使用800 mg·L^(-1)丁香籽提取物,在金属浸泡2.5 h后,具有显著的缓蚀度(93%),归因于缓蚀剂在低碳钢表面的吸附。根据极化试验结果,腐蚀抑制发生在阴阳极反应。SEM结果表明,800 mg·L^(-1)丁香籽提取物引入腐蚀介质可以有效保持钢表面的光滑。通过拟合Langmuir吸附等温线,验证了单层吸附模型。因此,丁香籽提取物分子与钢表面反应,在钢表面覆盖一层单分子层,从而达到良好的缓蚀效果。An environmentally friendly green corrosion inhibitor based on aqueous extract of clove seeds was studied,and its corrosion inhibition on mild steel surfaces in 1 mol·L^(-1)HCl solution was investigated.The corrosion inhibition performance of the environmentally friendly green corrosion inhibitor based on aqueous extract of clove seeds was investigated by electrochemical as well as surface morphological experiments.Electrochemical properties were probed using AC impedance and polarisation methods.The surface morphology of unexposed and exposed metal specimens was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact angle testing.AC impedance analysis revealed a significant corrosion inhibition regime(93%)using 800 mg·L^(-1)clove seed extract after 2.5 h immersion of the metal,attributed to corrosion inhibitor adsorption on the mild steel surface.According to the results of the polarisation test,corrosion inhibition occurred with a slowing down of the cathodic-anodic reaction and a small cathodic advantage.The SEM results showed that the introduction of 800 mg·L^(-1)clove seed extract into the corrosive medium was effective in maintaining the smoothness of the steel surface.The monolayer adsorption model was validated by fitting Langmuir adsorption isotherms.Thus,the clove seed extract molecules can react with the steel surface and cover the steel with a monomolecular layer thus achieving good corrosion inhibition.
