内燃叉车除气式膨胀水箱设计研究

摘　　要：内燃叉车膨胀水箱的作用在于调节发动机水箱流量,为冷却液随温度变化发生体积涨缩提供必备空间。现有膨胀水箱无法很好地实现气液分离的功能,严重影响冷却系统换热性能。为提高发动机及传动系统动力性能和延长密封元件使用寿命,解决冷却系统有效除气的问题,研发设计一种带内置除气功能的膨胀水箱。分析除气式膨胀水箱的结构组成,研究其基本造型与工作过程,确定膨胀水箱在发动机工作过程中的除气方案。The role of the expansion tank of internal combustion forklift truck is to regulate the flow of the engine tank and to provide necessary space for the volume expansion and contraction of the coolant with temperature changes.The existing expansion tank cannot well realize the function of gas-liquid separation,seriously affecting the heat transfer performance of the cooling system.In order to improve the power performance of the engine and drive system,to extend the service life of the sealing element,and to solve the effective degassing problem of the cooling system,an expansion tank with a function of internal degassing is developed and designed.The structure of the degassing expansion tank is analyzed,its basic shape and working process are studied,and the degassing plan of the expansion tank during engine operation is determined.
