摘  要:通过对大型循环水泵主轴(材质为双相钢022Cr22Ni5Mo3N)进行超声波探伤,从检测标准、工艺规程方面进行分析,确定大型循环水泵主轴超声波探伤的扫查方式和探伤灵敏度要求,同时对不同缺陷的判定和评定进行分析,并提出在大型循环水泵主轴检测过程中应注意的事项,对大型循环水泵主轴超声波探伤提出工艺改进建议,有利于提升大型循环水泵主轴产品质量。Through ultrasonic testing of the spindle of the large circulating water pump(made of dual phase steel 022Cr22Ni-5Mo3N)and analysis of the testing standards and process regulations,the scanning method and testing sensitivity requirements of ultrasonic testing for the spindle of the large circulating water pump are determined.At the same time,the judgment and evaluation of different defects are analyzed,matters that shall be paid attention to in the testing process of the spindle of the large circulating water pump is put forward,and suggestions on improving the ultrasonic testing process for the spindle of the large circulating water pump are offered,which is conducive to improving the quality of the spindle of the large circulating water pump.
