摘  要:当负载发生突变时,减压阀阀芯将做振荡运动,从而影响系统压力。而阀芯质量、弹簧刚度和阻尼系数均可能会影响减压阀阀芯的响应。在定值减压阀的结构及原理的基础上,建立阀芯运动微分方程,得到系统的传递函数。利用MATLAB分析在单位阶跃信号作用下,减压阀阀芯质量、弹簧刚度以及阻尼系数等参数对系统响应的影响,最后通过AMESim中的HCD液压元件库和机械库对定值减压阀进行建模,仿真阀芯运动过程,得到负载阶跃变化条件下阀芯的响应曲线,从而验证模型准确性,为减压阀的工程设计提供了依据。When the load suddenly changes,the pressure-reducing valve spool will make an oscillation motion,which will affect the system pressure.The spool mass,spring stiffness and damping coefficient may affect the response of the pressurereducing valve spool.Based on the structure and principle of the constant pressure-reducing valve,the differential equation of the spool motion is established to obtain the transfer function of the system.MATLAB is used to analyze the effect of the spool mass,spring stiffness and damping coefficient of the pressure-reducing valve on the system response under the action of the unit step signal.Finally,the constant pressurereducing valve is modeled by the HCD hydraulic component library and the mechanical library in AMESim,and the spool motion process is simulated to obtain the response curve of the spool under the conditions of step change of the load,which verifies the accuracy of the model and provides a basis for the engineering design of the pressure-reducing valve.
