摘 要:为了使铁路货运向高速重载方向发展,需要在货车上安装发电装置以配备相应的安全检查系统。双凸极电机作为一种构造简单、适应各种恶劣环境的高性价比电机,十分适合应用于铁路货车供电。分析铁路货运过程中的用电需求,根据用电需求确定双凸极电机的主要性能要求,并依据公式法和经验法对电机的关键参数进行设计,再利用ANS YS Ma xwe ll软件对电机进行建模和仿真分析,分析电机的磁力线分布、三相感应电动势等关键参数。最后利用Ma xwe ll和S implore r联合仿真,分析发电机外接整流电路后的输出电压,以及不同转速下达到额定输出电压所需要的励磁电流大小,为后续双凸极电机恒压控制系统的设计提供了数据依据。仿真结果表明所设计的双凸极发电机能够满足货车运行过程中的用电需求。In order to develop railway freight towards high speed and heavyload,it is necessary to install powergenerators on wagons to equipthem with corresponding safetyinspection systems.Asakind of highly cost-effectivegeneratorwith a simple structure and adaptability to various harsh environments,doubly salient generators are very suitable for power supplyof railway wagons.Thepower demand in railwayfreight is analyzed,the main performance requirements on the doubly salient generator are determined based on the powerdemand,the key parameters of the generator are designed according to the formula method and empirical method,and then softwareANSYS Maxwell is used for modeling and simulation analysis of the generator toanalyze thekey parameters such as distribution of the magnetic lines of the generator and three-phase induced electromotiveforce.Finally,Maxwell and Simplorerareused forcosimulation to analyze the output voltage of thegenerator after connecting the rectifier circuitand the excitation current required to reach the rated output voltage at different rotational speeds,whichprovides a data basis forthe subsequent design of the constant voltage control system of the doubly salient generator.The simulation results show that the designed doubly salient generator can meet the power demand of the wagon during operation.
