摘  要:由于标准、图纸和工艺对零件加工面要求可不涂漆,导致出现工程机械零件加工表面涂装设计与实际不符,工艺流程不合理,装机后补涂缺少涂装工艺和涂层质量差等问题。为此,从工艺、设计等方面对工程机械加工面进行分类,并对密封面、摩擦面、紧配合面、高精度配合面等不同种类加工面是否涂装进行了分析,从而明确对加工面是否喷漆。最后对机械加工面喷漆的图纸设计、工艺流程以及涂装工艺等进行了探讨。The standards,drawings and processes do not request painting for the machined surfaces of parts,resulting in problems suchas discrepancy of themachined surface painting design of construction machinery parts with the actual situation,unreasonable technological process,lack oftouch-uppainting process after installation and poor paintingquality.Therefore,the machined surfaces of construction machineryare classified from the aspects of process and design,and different types ofmachined surfaces such as sealing surfaces,friction surfaces,tight matching surfaces and highprecision matching surfaces are analyzed to determine whether to paint the machined surfaces.Finally,thedrawing design,technological process and painting process of machined surface painting are discussed.
