摘　　要：绞刀液压马达作为绞吸式挖泥船的关键性设备,对船舶的生产率影响非常大。绞刀马达液压系统设计、使用、维护不当,容易导致马达损坏。介绍赫格隆MB2400型液压马达的结构及工作原理,分析马达背压不足的原因,并针对性地提出了改进措施。总结马达常见故障原因及故障处理方法,并提出绞刀马达在日常维护保养中的注意事项,以延长马达使用寿命,减少故障。The hydraulic motor of cutter,as the key equipment of cutter suction dredger,has a significant impact on the productivity of the dredger.Improper design,use and maintenance of the hydraulic system of the cutter motor can easily lead to damage of the motor.The structure and working principle of Hagglunds model MB2400 hydraulic motor are introduced,the causes for insufficient back pressure of the motor are analyzed,and improvement measures are proposed accordingly.The causes for common motor faults and troubleshooting methods are summarized,and precautions in the routine maintenance of the cutter motor are put forward toextend its service lifeandto reducefaults.
