摘　　要：挖掘机的油门跳挡现象是常见故障,突然的速度变化给驾驶员带来很大麻烦,还会使周围车辆、环境等受到破坏。从电气原理方面详细分析故障产生的原因,从电气设计入手,消除故障产生的根源,提升机器的可靠性。The phenomenon of throttle out of gear ofexcavator is acommon fault,andthe sudden speed change brings a lot of troubles to the driver,as well as damage to the surrounding vehicles and environments.From the aspectofelectrical principle,the causes of thefault areanalyzed in detail,and the root causes of the fault are eliminated from the electrical design to improve thereliability of the machine.
