摘 要:本研究以甲醇为溶剂,建立了超声波萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定纺织品中4-叔丁基苯酚含量的分析方法。实验考察了萃取方式、萃取溶剂和用量、萃取时间对萃取效果的影响,并对气相色谱和质谱条件进行了优化。结果显示,4-叔丁基苯酚质量浓度在0.1~10μg/mL范围内具有良好线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9996,方法检出限为0.05 mg/kg。并进行了准确度和精密度实验,加标回收率为90.6%~108.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.8%,实验室间验证RSD均小于2.6%,说明本方法重现性良好,适用于分析测定纺织品中4-叔丁基苯酚的含量。An analytical method for the determination of 4-tert-butylphenol in textiles by ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with methanol as solvent was established.The effects of extraction method,extraction solvent and dosage,extraction time on the extraction efficiency were investigated,and the conditions of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were optimized.The results showed that 4-tert-butylphenol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-10μg/mL with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9996,and the detection limit of the method was 0.05 mg/kg.The accuracy and precision experiments were carried out.The recovery rate of spiking was 90.6%-108.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 6.8%.The laboratory between the RSD was less than 2.6%,indicating that this method had good reproducibility and was suitable for analyzing and determining the content of 4-tert-butylphenol in textiles.
