摘 要:2021—2022年选择6种植物免疫诱抗剂在湖南省吉首市、石门县、慈利县的茶园开展试验,评估其对茶树生长发育的影响。结果表明:在促生新梢方面,石门和慈利以赤·吲乙·芸苔的效果最优,吉首以氨基寡糖素和植物免疫激活蛋白的效果最优;在促进芽长方面,3个试验点均以赤·吲乙·芸苔的效果最优;在增加茶芽密度方面,石门和慈利以氨基酸的效果最优,吉首以植物免疫激活蛋白的效果最优;在增加百芽重方面,吉首和石门以赤·吲乙·芸苔的效果最优,慈利以氨基酸的效果最优。比较理论鲜叶产量,石门以赤·吲乙·芸苔处理区产量最高,慈利以氨基酸处理区产量最高,吉首以烯腺·羟烯腺处理区产量最高。综合考量得出赤·吲乙·芸苔和氨基酸的应用效果较优,可作为当地茶叶安全优质生产的参考用药。Six plant resistance inducers(PRIs)were selected to be tested in tea gardens in Jishou City,Shimen County,and Cili County of Hunan Province from 2021 to 2022 to evaluate their effects on the growth and development of tea trees.The results showed that in terms of promoting new shoots,the effect of brassinolactone-indoleacetic acid-gibberellic acid(BHG)WP was optimal in Shimen and Cili,and that of amino-oligosaccharin AS and plant immune activator protein was optimal in Jishou.In Jishou,Shimen,and Cili,BHG WP exhibited the best effects in promoting new shoot length,significantly higher than the treatments with amino acid WSL,amino-oligosaccharin AS,and the blank control.In Shimen and Cili,treatment with amino-oligosaccharin AS showed the best effects on promoting bud density.In Jishou,plant immune activator protein exhibited the best induction effects on the bud density,showing a significant difference from the control and treatments with BHG WP,amino acid WSL,amino-oligosaccharin AS,isobavachalcone ME,and the blank control.In Jishou and Shimen,treatment with BHG exhibited the best induction effects on the 100-bud weight,significantly higher than those in the treatments with the other PRIs and the control.Comparing the theoretical yield of fresh leaves,the highest yield was recorded in Shimen in the BHG treatment,in Cili in theamino acid WSL treatment,and in Jishou in the enadenone·hydroxyenadenone SP treatment.In conclusion,we have screened the BHG WP and amino acid WSL as the effective and safe PRIs that can be used as a reference for the safe and high-quality production of local tea.
