拉萨油菜花期食蚜蝇多样性调查

摘　　要：为了探明西藏拉萨油菜花期田间食蚜蝇的多样性,了解其优势种类和多样性差异,于2021—2022年通过扫网法和马氏网法对拉萨7个调查点油菜花期的食蚜蝇进行调查采样。通过形态学鉴定标本1400号,鉴定出隶属于2亚科5族14属22种食蚜蝇,含优势种4种、常见种和稀有种均9种。优势种长尾管蚜蝇在各调查点均有分布,短腹管蚜蝇、西伯利亚条胸蚜蝇和狭带贝食蚜蝇3种优势种虽然数量较大,但在曲水县却未发现。7个调查点的多样性特征有差异,曲水县的食蚜蝇物种和个体数量均较少,物种分布也不均匀,不适合食蚜蝇生长。甘蓝型油菜大地95和墨竹小油菜更为食蚜蝇所喜食。本研究结果为拉萨油菜田更好地保护和利用食蚜蝇以防控蚜虫提供了重要参考。In order to explore the Syrphidae diversity in the field of rape during the flowering stage in Lhasa,Tibet,and to understand the dominant species and diversity differences in seven survey sites,we investigated and sampled the hoverflies by sweep netting and malaise trap during the flowering stage of rape in Lhasa,2021-2022.Through morphological identification of 1400 specimens,four dominant species,nine common and nine rare species of Syrphidae belonging to 14 genera in five tribes of two subfamilies were identified.The dominant species,Eristalis tenax,was found in all survey sites.Three dominant species(Eristalis arbustorum,Helophilus sibiricus,and Betasyrphus serarius)were not found in Qushui County despite their large numbers.There was a significant difference in diversity among the seven sites.The species and individual numbers of Syrphidae in Qushui County were small,and the species distribution was uneven,which was not suitable for the growth of Syrphidae.The cabbage-type rape Dadi 95 and Mozhu rape are more favored by Syrphidae.Our results provide an important reference for better protection and utilization of Syrphidae to prevent and control aphids in rape fields in Lhasa.
