不同覆盖作物残体还田对土壤病原菌含量及草莓根腐病防治效果的影响

摘  要:在草莓填闲期种植6种覆盖作物,采集不同时期土壤样品进行疫霉菌、腐霉菌、镰刀菌含量测定,并在草莓生长期调查其对草莓根腐病发病情况的影响。结果表明:在草莓成熟期,6种覆盖作物处理的土壤中3种病原菌含量均显著降低;种植秋葵的处理对草莓根腐病防效最高,为85.41%,其次为种植芥菜和蒿子秆的处理,防效分别为72.79%、66.60%,且显著高于其他处理,以种植秋葵的处理速效性和持效性最好。Six types of cover crops we re planted during the strawberry fallow period.Soil samples were collected at different stages of the strawberry growing season for the content determination of Phytophthora,Pythium,and Fusarium,and the effects of crop residues returning on the incidence of strawberry root rot were detected.The results showed that the content of three kinds of pathogenic fungi decreased significantly during the ripening period of strawberries.The field efficacy test showed that the control efficacy of okra,leaf mustard,and garland chrysanthemum treatment was 85.41%,72.79%,and 50.23%,respectively.The quick effect and persistent effect of okra treatment were higher than the other cover crops treatment.
