沙参麦冬汤治疗气阴两虚型新型冠状病毒感染恢复期的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察沙参麦冬汤治疗新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)恢复期气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效,为中医药治疗COVID-19提供借鉴和参考。方法:纳入2022年12月—2023年2月就诊于厦门市中医院的160例恢复期气阴两虚型COVID-19患者。根据患者意愿分为对照组(40例)和观察组(120例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予沙参麦冬汤加减联合常规治疗。观察比较两组患者中医证候积分、肺部CT变化、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、不良反应和并发症发生率等指标差异。结果:治疗后,观察组在改善中医证候积分、肺部CT、SGRQ评分等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);增加6MWD方面优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应和并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:沙参麦冬汤在COVID-19恢复期气阴两虚证患者的治疗上具有较好的疗效,且无严重不良反应和并发症发生,值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)patients with qi-yin deficiency during the convalescent period,so as to provide reference for the treatment of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:A total of 160 COVID-19 convalescent patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December,2022 to February,2023 were included in this study.Patients were divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(120 patients)according to their wishes.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received modified Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with conventional treatment.The differences of TCM syndrome score,pulmonary CT changes,St.George’s respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)score,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),incidence of adverse reactions and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group was superior to the control group in TCM syndrome scores,pulmonary CT and SGRQ scores(P<0.05).The increase of 6MWD was better than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and complications compared with the control group.Conclusion:Shashen Maidong Decoction has good curative effect in the treatment of patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome during the convalescent period of COVID-19,and there are no serious adverse reactions and complications,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
