探析辛甘味药在古代肺系疫病中的应用

摘  要:肺系疫病是以肺为主要病位和传播途径的一类具有强烈传染性的急性疾病,一般以发热、咳嗽、乏力为主症。古代医家对肺系疫病早有认识,许多经典著作中亦有行之有效的方药,后世在传承时多有发挥,临证多以辛甘解表清热之品治之,辛味药有能散、能行、能温、能升等多种功效,其与甘味药的配伍被灵活运用于多种治法中。遂文章从药性入手,探析辛、甘味药在古代肺系疫病治疗中的作用及配伍意义,以期为研习古方古法及当下临证遣药组方提供相应路径。Pulmonary epidemic disease refers to the acute disease with the lung system as the main location and route of infection,which has strong infectivity and the main symptoms of fever,cough and feebleness.Ancient physicians had a long understanding of pulmonary epidemic disease,it had many effective prescriptions in classic works,doctors in the later generations also made some innovations in inheriting,pungent-taste herbs,sweet-taste herbs,heat-clearing herbs and exterior-releasing herbs were used most.Pungent taste has various effects such as dispersing,moving,warming and ascending,its compatibility with sweet taste is flexibly applied in various treatment methods.The paper discussed the function and compatibility of pungent-taste herbs and sweet-taste herbs for pulmonary epidemic diseases in ancient China based on the property of herbs,hoping to provide corresponding paths for learning ancient herbal formula and modern clinical application.
