浙派女科《竹林寺女科秘传》“种子五方”探析

摘　　要：浙派女科中萧山竹林寺女科历史悠久,医功精深,学术特色鲜明。《竹林寺女科秘传》为其经典著作之一。其中涉及“种子”主要有“种子五方”:庞夫人无子方(书中未命名,作者自命名)、妇人种子奇方、种子仙方、种子药酒方、丸药方,方剂虽然不多,却颇具特色,文章对5个方剂进行学习和深入剖析,认为血肉有情之品,调补奇经;健脾益肾,通补兼施;丸散酒剂,缓缓图之;喜用黄酒,男女同治。这些方剂和学术观点值得后世医家学习和研究。Xiaoshan Zhulinsi gynecology,Zhejiang schools of gynecologic department of traditional Chinese medicine,has a long history,profound medical skills and distinctive academic characteristics,and Zhulinsi Nvke Mizhuan is one of its classic works.Among it,the prescriptions about‘zhongzi’mainly include‘five formulas for zhongzi’:Mrs.PANG wuzi formulas(not named in the book,the author named),the woman’s zhongzi magic formula,the zhongzi fairy formulas,the zhongzi medicine wine formulas,and the pill formulas,although there are not many formulas in this book.However,it has its own characteristics.We have studied and deeply analyzed these five prescriptions,and it is thought they have the following academic characteristics:flesh and blood sentient products,which can adjust and supplement the Qijing;invigorate the spleen and kidney,and dredgesupplement prescription;pills,powders,medicinal wine,medicinal diets,slowly treat infertility diseases;likes to use rice wine,men and women treat together.It is thought that these prescriptions and academic viewpoints are worthy of study and research by later generations of physicians.
