摘  要:气作为一种精微物质,存在于人体周身,《伤寒论》中有广泛体现,胡希恕先生提出《伤寒论》中的“气”“阳”本指的是“津液”。文章基于对“津液-气”理论的分析,通过对《伤寒论》中津液的变化与六经病发生及传变规律相关性的阐释,进一步佐证了《伤寒论》中津液即气的具体表现形式,行于肌腠表里间之津液即卫气,环绕于脏腑间之津液则形成了脏腑之气,气的种种功能亦是通过津液来完成的。充分认识津液与气二者之间的关系,对仲景学说的传承有着重要的理论价值和临床意义。As a subtle substance,qi exists all over the human body,which is widely reflected in Shanghan Lun.Mr.HU Xishu proposed that‘qi’and‘yang’in Shanghan Lun are‘body fluid’.Based on the analysis of the theory of‘body fluidqi’,through the interpretation of the correlation between the changes of body fluid in Shanghan Lun and the occurrence and transmission of six meridians,this paper further proves the specific manifestation of body fluid as qi in Shanghan Lun.The body fluid running in the surface of muscle is the defense of qi,and the body fluid surrounding the viscera forms the qi of viscera.The functions of qi are also accomplished through body fluid.Fully understanding the relationship between body fluid and qi has important theoretical value and clinical significance for the inheritance of Zhongjing theory.
