摘　　要：文章总结国医大师王烈教授运用十君子汤治疗儿童支气管哮喘慢性持续期经验。认为当从气、痰、瘀论治,病机为肺脾气虚,痰浊内生,痰阻气机,气血运行失和,日久成瘀,痰瘀互结,阻于气道,致气道挛急,属正虚邪恋、虚实夹杂之证。所拟十君子汤由四君子汤、二陈汤、四物汤合方而成,是针对气虚、痰阻、血瘀而设,具有补益肺脾、理气化痰、活血祛瘀的虚实并举之功。该方作为哮喘慢性持续期的通治方,临证斟酌加减,收效颇佳。This paper summarized the experience of TCM master WANG Lie in treating children chronic persistent bronchial asthma with Shijunzi Decoction.It is believed that this period should be treated from qi,phlegm and blood stasis.The pathogenesis is deficiency of lung and spleen qi,endogenous phlegm turbidity,phlegm blocking qi mechanism,disharmony of qi and blood,cause blood stasis,mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,obstruction in the airway,resulting in acute airway contracture,which belongs to the syndrome of deficiency and excess.Shijunzi Decoction is composed of Shijunzi Decoction,Erchen Decoction and Siwu Decoction.It is designed for qi deficiency,phlegm obstruction and blood stasis.It has the functions of tonifying the lung and spleen,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Shijunzi Decoction,as the basic prescription for the treatment of chronic persistent asthma,can achieve good curative effect with appropriate addition and subtraction of clinical symptoms.
