摘　　要：程海波教授团队传承国医大师周仲瑛教授“癌毒”学说和“病机辨证”学术思想,创建了中医肿瘤癌毒病机理论,确立了癌毒病机辨治方法。痰毒是癌毒之一,化痰解毒法是针对痰毒互结病机而产生的抗癌解毒八法之一,广泛应用于恶性肿瘤的防治。文章基于文献研究与理论探讨,论述文献溯源、化痰解毒法的学术内涵、化痰解毒法的临床应用、化痰解毒法的临证用药四部分,为临床上运用中医药防治肿瘤提供新思路。Professor CHENG Haibo’s team inherited the theory of‘cancerous toxins’and the academic thought of‘pathogenesis differentiation’from professor ZHOU Zhongying,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master,established the theory of pathogenesis of cancerous toxins in TCM,and established the method of differentiation and treatment of cancerous toxins pathogenesis.Phlegm-toxin is one of cancerous toxins,and eliminating phlegm and cancerous toxins method is one of the eight anti-cancer and detoxicating methods,which is widely used in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Based on literature research and theoretical discussion,this paper discussed the source of literature,academic connotation,clinical application and clinical medication of eliminating phlegm and cancerous toxins method,in order to provide new ideas for clinical application of TCM in the prevention and treatment of tumors.
