摘　　要：文章简述了尤昭玲教授辨治宫腔粘连(IUA)不孕的经验与体会。尤昭玲教授运用阴道三维彩色超声技术,诊断、评估IUA情况,拟定中医求子方案与路径,将IUA求子孕式分为4种:带粘速孕、带粘调治后速孕、分离术后速孕、体外受精助孕,独创“宫粘1号方”“宫粘2号方”“宫粘助孕方”等方分期序贯治疗IUA,擅用花药,泡膜同调,为治疗IUA不孕提供了新的思路与方法。This article briefly described professor YOU Zhaoling’s clinical experience in treating infertility of intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Professor YOU Zhaoling uses vaginal three-dimensional color ultrasound technology to diagnose and evaluate IUA,and draws up the plan and path of traditional Chinese medicine for child bearing,and divides intrauterine adhesions for pregnancy into four types:Instant pregnancy with adhesiveness,instant pregnancy after regulation and treatment with adhesiveness,instant pregnancy after separation and IVF assisted pregnancy.The original‘Uterine Adhesiveness Formula No.1’,‘Uterine Adhesiveness Formula No.2’and‘Uterine Adhesiveness Assisted Pregnancy Formula’etc.are used for the sequential treatment of IUA in stages,and are good at using anther and vesicle homology,providing a new version and prospect for the treatment of infertility of IUA.
