完带汤的临床应用

摘　　要：完带汤为《傅青主女科》首方,历代医家用以治疗带下病确有疗效,而完带汤现代应用广泛,张立山教授临床以此方治疗慢性咳嗽,以其带下量多为辨证关键处完带汤取效;另治下肢皮疹,以其脾虚证明显,伴见带下量多处以完带汤效佳,借由此深入探讨完带汤处方用药的特点及其所适用的病因病机,并在此基础上加强对异病同治、上病下治、外病内治的治法认识,增加临床对完带汤这一经典名方的灵活运用能力。Wandai Decoction is the first prescription of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology.It has been used by doctors in the past dynasties to treat morbid vaginal discharge.Wandai Decoction is widely used in modern times.Professor ZHANG Lishan used this formula to treat an adolescent female with chronic cough,and the key to the diagnosis was the high amount of leucorrhea;In another case,a woman who had been suffering from a rash on her limbs for many years was treated for obvious evidence of spleen deficiency,accompanied by heavy leucorrhea,and was treated with Wandai Decoction,which was effective.On the basis of this,strengthen the understanding of the treatment of different diseases with the same treatment and treating lower portion for upper and treating the external diseases by internal method,and improve the flexible application of the classic prescription of Wandai Decoction in clinical practice.
