林兰基于龙雷之火理论辨治甲状腺功能亢进症经验

摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症以其并非单一内分泌疾病,伴有心血管系统、胃肠系统、血液系统、骨代谢等多器官并发症,影响人们生活质量,中医药在治疗甲状腺功能亢进症及其并发症上疗效显著并受到广泛关注。林兰教授从事内分泌疾病诊疗50余年,首次提出甲状腺为“奇恒之府”藏象说和“助肝疏泄、助肾生阳”之功用说,基于龙雷之火辨治甲状腺功能亢进症,提出祛痰除湿、以消阴翳,滋阴潜阳、益水养龙,温阳散寒、补虚潜龙三法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症效佳力强,文章拟介绍林兰教授基于龙雷之火理论辨治甲状腺功能亢进症的经验,与同道共榷。Hyperthyroidism is not a single endocrine disease,accompanied by complications of cardiovascular system,gastrointestinal system,blood system,bone metabolism and other organs,affecting the quality of life of people.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and its complications has been widely concerned.Professor LIN Lan in endocrine disease diagnosis and treatment for over 50 years,first proposed the thyroid for‘extraordinary Fu-organ’zang manifestation and‘help liver pathogenesis,kidney yang’the function of said,based on the fire of dragon thunder treating hyperthyroidism,put forward the expectorant dehumidification in falls,ziyin latent yangyi water dragon,explored tonify deficiency cold hidden dragon 3 laws treat hyperthyroidism effect good strong,this paper introduced professor LIN Lan’s experience in the differentation and treatment of hyperthyroidism based on the theory of fire of dragon thunder,to dicuss with colleagues.
