摘　　要：文章总结李秀玉在治疗成人痤疮方面的学术思想以及临床经验,并对此进行分析和思考。李秀玉认为痤疮是一种心身疾病,总体把握其病位在肺,与肝、肾密切相关,病性属热,兼有血瘀、肝郁、肾虚,重视情志、运化与生殖。选择自拟处方“玉容消痤汤”治疗,并结合现代医学,在痤疮的产生、分级、发展、治疗、痊愈、维持治疗中充分体现中西医结合的优势,缩短病程,防止复发,临床意义显著。This article summarized LI Xiuyu's academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of adult acne,and analyzed and thought about it.LI Xiuyu believes that acne is a psychosomatic disease,the overall grasp of its disease in the lungs,and liver,kidneys,the disease is hot,both blood stasis,liver depression,kidney deficiency,attach importance to emotion,transportation and reproduction.The self-prescribed'Yurong Xiaocuo Decoction'treatment is selected,and combined with modern medicine,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is fully reflected in the production,grading.development,treatment,healing and maintenance treatment of acne,shortening the course of the disease,preventing recurrence,and has significant clinical significance.
