高健生运用温阳补肾法论治反复发作的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎经验

摘　　要：文章从病因病机出发,总结高健生教授运用温阳补肾法论治反复发作的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的经验。高教授认为本病总属本虚标实之病,伏邪内伤、新感即发为病因,邪气耗伤、肾阳亏虚为主要病机。机体正气损耗,无力驱散邪气,乃单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎反复发作的重要原因。治疗当以温阳补肾法为基础,方用自拟补肾托毒方加减,临证根据兼杂病机以及病情变化辨证施治,灵活运用方药,做到因病制宜,效果明显。Based on the etiology and pathogenesis,this paper summarized GAO Jiansheng’s experience in treating recurrent herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)based on warming yang and tonifying kidney theory.Professor GAO believes that recurrent HSK belong to the category of deficiency root and excess branch,and hidden evil internal wounds,encounter a new attack of evil,they wear down the kidney-yang are the major pathogenesis.The recurrent illness is mainly cause by insufficient healthy qi can’t expel evil.The treatment of basis is warming yang and tonifying kidney,and self-made Bushen Tuodu Formula with modification is suggested.According to the intermingled pathogenesis and the changes of the disease for syndrome differentiation and treatment,prescribes patients flexibly for different conditions,and the effect of treatment is obvious.
