摘　　要：恶性肿瘤属于临床疑难病证,其病因繁杂未明,病机复杂多变,医治难度较大。文章主要从恶性肿瘤的中医辨治实践出发,分析《金匮要略》中3首经典大方——鳖甲煎丸、大黄䗪虫丸、薯蓣丸中复法合用、味多力宏的组方特点以及在恶性肿瘤治疗中的运用,结合周仲瑛教授从癌毒立论,活用经方,审证求机,随机制变,提倡应用“复法大方”治疗恶性肿瘤的经验,探讨“复法大方”在恶性肿瘤辨治中的应用规律和组方思路,为恶性肿瘤的中医辨治提供参考与借鉴。Malignant tumor is a clinical knotty disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumor are complex and unclear,so the treatment of malignant is difficult.Based on the practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the combination and composition structure of the three main prescriptions in the Jingui Yaolue:Biejiajian Pills,Dahuang Zhechong Pills and Shuyu Pills.Combined with professor ZHOU Zhongying’s experience in treating malignant tumors from the perspective of cancer toxin,using classical prescriptions flexibly,and advocating the application of‘complex prescription’in the treatment of malignant tumors,this paper discusses the application rules and prescription ideas of‘complex prescription’in the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors,and provides reference for the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors in TCM.
