摘 要:茯苓三萜是茯苓的重要活性成分,具有抑菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等功效,但其在茯苓菌核中含量极低,限制了茯苓三萜的开发应用。伴随着医药、食品行业对茯苓资源需求的持续增长与茯苓栽培过程对松材过度消耗、栽培周期长等矛盾的日益突出,探索茯苓三萜生物合成的过程调控将对缓解茯苓资源供需矛盾具有重要意义。因此,文章围绕茯苓三萜的结构、生物活性、生物合成途径及其过程调控等进行综述,进而探讨强化茯苓三萜生物合成过程的调控策略,以期为实现茯苓三萜的高效合成提供参考。Poria triterpenes are important active ingredients in Poria,which exhibite significant antibacterial,antiinflammatory and antitumor effects.However,the content of poria triterpenoids in the sclerotium of Poria is extremely low,which has strictly limited the development and application of poria triterpenes.Along with the increasing demand for Poria resources in pharmaceutical industry,as well as the excessive consumption of pine resources required for Poria cultivation,exploring the regulation strategies for improving poria triterpenes productivity is a very promising way and will supply an important reference for Poria exhausting industries.Thus,the structure,bioactivity,biosynthesis pathway and process regulation of poria triterpenes were reviewed in this paper,and the strategies referred to enhance poria triterpenes productivity were also discussed.This review will provide an important reference for fulfilling high productivity of poria triterpenes through green biosynthetic process.
