摘  要:海螵蛸除传统功效外,现代研究认为其具有成骨作用,可作为骨组织工程材料应用,其主要成分为碳酸钙,同时含有蛋白、多肽、多糖、核苷、脂质和其他微量元素等。海螵蛸具有多孔结构,有一定耐压能力,亲水性强,作为骨支架材料表现出骨传导性、骨诱导性等促成骨活性以及促血管生成活性。文章系统归纳了海螵蛸组成、功效与骨工程材料之间的关系,对海螵蛸在骨修复材料研究上提出了建议。Sepiae Endoconcha is considered to have osteogenic effect in addition to its traditional functions and can be used as scaffold material of bone tissue engineering in modern studies.Its main component is calcium carbonate,and it also contains proteins,peptides,polysaccharides,nucleosides,lipids and other trace elements.Cuttlebone possesses porous structure,external pressure resistance and strong hydrophilicity.Thus,cuttlebone derived bone scaffold materials exhibit osteoconductive,osteoinductive and angiogenetic activity.This review provided a comprehensive analysis of the correlation between the composition,effectiveness of Sepiae Endoconcha and bone engineering materials.In addition,the medical material research direction of cuttlebone was proposed.
