基于339例双心疾病患者证候复杂性探讨《个体化中医四诊信息评价量表》的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:基于中医证候的复杂性,探讨《个体化中医四诊信息评价量表》在中医临床疗效评价中的应用价值。方法:在中药降气达郁汤干预双心疾病的临床研究中,使用《个体化中医四诊信息评价量表》,对急性心肌梗死和(或)经皮冠状动脉介入术术后合并焦虑症状的患者339例进行中医证候的临床流行病学调查。结果:患者证型分布非常复杂,均都有兼夹证或变证,临床表现分布更加复杂,共出现81个症状、34个体征,几乎没有证候群完全相同的患者。结论:《个体化中医四诊信息评价量表》能够更加全面、准确地反映中医药的临床疗效。Objective:To explore the application value of Individualized Four Diagnostic Information Evaluation Scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the evaluation of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the complexity of TCM syndromes.Methods:In the clinical study of TCM Jiangqi Dayu Decoction in the intervention of double heart diseases,339 patients with acute myocardial infarction and/or anxiety symptoms after percutaneous coronary intervention were investigated by using the Individualized Four Diagnostic Information Evaluation Scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:The distribution of TCM syndrome types of patients was very complex,all of them had concurrent syndrome or variable syndrome,and the distribution of clinical manifestations was more complex.There were 81 symptoms and 34 signs,and almost no patients with exactly the same syndrome group.Conclusion:Individualized Four Diagnostic Information Evaluation Scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine can reflect the clinical efficacy of TCM more comprehensively and accurately.
