摘　　要：目的:研究中医脉诊信息与人体血管硬化程度的相关性。方法:采集228例不同年龄人群脉诊信息,并进行血管硬化程度评价相关指标脉搏波传导速度(PWV)的测量。对所得脉诊数据预处理后,选择连续的周期,通过谐波拟合建立提取特征参数的数学模型,共提取193个参数,通过2种有监督学习分类判决的方法建立PWV异常的动脉硬化判决模型。结果:不同动脉硬化程度在人体桡动脉脉搏波有显著性差异,最小二乘逐步回归和Lasso判决模型的准确率分别为87%、80%。结论:通过对桡动脉处中医脉诊信息的采集与分析,能够对动脉硬化程度进行初步的判断。Objective:To study the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis information and the degree of human vascular sclerosis.Methods:Pulse diagnosis information from 228 people of different ages was collected,and measure PWV indicators related to the evaluation of vascular sclerosis degree were measured.After preprocessing the obtained pulse diagnosis data,continuous cycles were selected and a mathematical model for extracting feature parameters through harmonic fitting was established,extracting 193 parameters.The arteriosclerosis judgment model of PWV abnormality was established by 2 methods of classification judgment with supervised learning.Results:There were significant differences in the pulse wave of human radial artery with different degrees of arteriosclerosis,and the accuracy of least squares stepwise regression and Lasso judgment model was 87%,80%,respectively.Conclusion:Through the collection and analysis of Chinese medicine pulse information at the radial artery,we can make a preliminary judgment on the degree of arteriosclerosis.
