摘　　要：目的:探讨精液异常患者舌、脉象特征及规律。方法:纳入就诊于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院生殖中心的精液异常患者(精液异常组)156例及体检中心的健康人(健康对照组)148名,分别使用TFDA-1型舌面诊仪及PDA-1型脉诊仪采集两组受试者的舌象图像数据、脉象数据。颜色指标包括HSI、Lab、YcrCb颜色空间,纹理指标包括对比度(CON)、角度方向二阶矩(ASM)、熵值(ENT)、平均值(MEAN)、舌苔指数。脉象指标包括主波幅度(h1)、重搏前波幅度(h3)、重搏波幅度(h5)、h3/h1、h4/h1、w1/t、w2/t、脉图起始点到终止点的时值(t)系列值等。结果:精液异常组舌质与舌苔指标S值、a值、Cb值,纹理指标ASM值均高于健康对照组,H值、I值、L值、b值、Y值,纹理指标CON值、ENT值、MEAN值则低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。精液异常组脉象指标h3/h1、t1/t高于健康对照组,t值低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。弱精症不同严重程度患者在舌苔纹理指标(CON值、ENT值、MEAN值)方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且中度弱精症组>重度弱精症组>轻度弱精症组。结论:精液异常患者舌质偏红或暗,纹理细腻,舌苔偏腻。相较于中度弱精症、重度弱精症,轻度弱精症患者舌苔更腻。Objective:To explore the characteristics and regularity of tongue and pulse signs in patients with abnormal semen.Methods:A total of 156 patients with semen abnormalities attending the Reproductive Medicine Center,Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(semen abnormality group)and 148 healthy subjects from the Physical Examination Centre(healthy control group)were included.The tongue image data and pulse data of the two groups were collected using the TFDA-1 digital tongue and face diagnostic instrument and the PDA-1 pulse diagnostic instrument respectively.Colour indicators include HSI,Lab,YcrCb colour space,and texture indicators include contrast(CON),angular second moment(ASM),entropy(ENT),mean(MEAN),and tongue index.Pulse indicators include h1,h3,h5,h3/h1,h4/h1,w1/t,
