基于营卫理论探讨乳岩的临证辨治

摘　　要：营卫学说是中医理论体系的重要组成部分。文章基于营卫理论浅析营卫之生理病理,从“营卫失和”角度探析乳岩发病与传舍的实质内涵,提出乳岩发生发展以及围手术期、围放化疗期或化疗后不良反应亦或是癌毒传舍及乳岩终末期恶病质状态均可从“营卫失和”状态论治,以调和营卫、畅达气血为基本治则,温阳化痰、清热散毒、气血同调、益气养营为主要治疗,且需时刻顾护营卫之气,维持机体相对阴阳和谐之状态,以期为临床治疗乳岩疾病提供新思路。Ying-wei theory is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the ying-wei theory,this paper analyzes the physiology and pathology of ying-wei,and probes into the essential connotation of the occurrence and transmission of breaststone from the point of view of‘loss of harmony between ying and wei’.It is proposed that the development of breaststone,the peri-operative period,the peri-radiotherapy period or post-chemotherapy side effects,or the malignant state of breaststone can all be treated from the perspective of‘loss of harmony between ying and wei’,with the basic treatment of harmonizing ying and wei,unleashing qi and blood,warming yang,resolving phlegm,clearing heat and dispersing toxins,harmonizing qi and blood,and benefiting qi and nourishing ying as the main treatment.And it is necessary to take care of ying-wei’s qi and maintain the state of harmony between yin and yang,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of breaststone diseases.
