运脾化痰通窍方治疗脾虚痰阻型儿童腺样体肥大的疗效评价及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察运脾化痰通窍方治疗脾虚痰阻型儿童腺样体肥大(AH)的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8月—2020年12月收治的62例脾虚痰阻型AH患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(31例),治疗组采用运脾化痰通窍方口服,对照组采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片配合中药安慰剂,两组均连续治疗3个月。观察患儿主要症状、腺样体肥大程度及生活质量的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.77%,30/31)显著高于对照组(87.10%,27/31)(P<0.01)。治疗后主要症状积分、腺样体肥大程度及生活质量影响(睡眠障碍、情绪不佳、白天功能和OSA-18总分)治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),且主要症状积分改善随治疗时间延长疗效越显著(P<0.01)。结论:运脾化痰通窍方治疗脾虚痰阻型儿童AH可明显改善患儿临床症状,提高生活质量,且随着治疗时间的延长疗效越明显,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and effect on quality of life of Yunpi Huatan Tongqiao Recipe in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy(AH)in children with spleen phlegm obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 62 AH in children with spleen phlegm obstruction syndrome admitted from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases),the treatment group was given orally Yunpi Huatan Tongqiao Recipe,and the control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets with traditional Chinese medicine placebo,and both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The main symptoms,adenoidal hypertrophy and the degree of influence of quality of life were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than that of the control group of 87.10%(27/31),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the main symptom scores,adenoidal hypertrophy and quality of life(sleep disturbance,emotional distress,daytime function and the total score of the OSA-18)of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the improvement of the main symptom scores was more obvious with the prolongation of treatment time,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yunpi Huatan Tongqiao Recipe in the treatment of AH in children with spleen phlegm obstruction syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the quality of life,and the efficacy is more obvious with the prolongation of the treatment time,it is worth promoting.
